Token Spend

ccusage tells you what you have spent running coding agents. It tells you as a wall of numbers in a terminal. I wanted to actually see it.

Token Spend is one HTML file. No build step, no dependencies, no server. Open it, point it at a ccusage export, and it splits the spend by model, by session, and by repository.

The single-file constraint was the whole design. A dashboard that needs an npm install is a dashboard I will not open six months from now.
